SAGE’s Core Values:

We believe in the importance of teenagers to our global community

We hold our work and that of our youth to high expectations - we will constantly challenge them to ask more of themselves and others.

We aim to keep at the cutting edge and continually build upon our social return on investment at every level

We believe every teenager is capable of making the world a better place

We believe entrepreneurship—both social and commercial entrepreneurship—is a powerful way for teenagers to create better futures for themselves and others

We believe that caring, supportive peer team and adult mentors are essential for teenagers to fully explore their potential and develop into capable and productive global citizens

We believe that meaningful participation in the world beyond school is essential for youth to develop the skills and competencies necessary to be contributing citizens

We believe we have a responsibility to nurture the next generation of leaders

We believe that investing in youth building social enterprise is the most effective and efficient way to create a socially responsible, just world.

We believe there is no better way to get at the root of social ills and to maximize one’s social return on investment.
