Goals for the upcoming year

1.The school number doubles in Shanghai
2.Encouraging students to enjoy the process ,while Preventing students from participating just to win
3.Get at least observer school outside Shanghai(maybe Beijing or Sichuan) I 'd like to spread SAGE to mountainous areas suffering poverty.That helps youth find out a way to develop their home town.It is a long term goal here.
4.Better management of volunteers(clear duty and high efficiency)
5.Alumni of SAGE (experimental process lauched in Songjiang High school now)
